Shop Policies

General Information

1. All items listed here are sold Malaysia-wide.
2. I do sell internationally but please be aware that shipping costs might be significantly higher.
3. All pieces sold are handmade.
4. Most or all of the items listed in the shop are sold singularly. Remakes are available upon request.
5. Items shown in the pictures may vary from the actual items (e.g. color) due to varying factors such as computer resolution and lighting.
6. All prices listed excludes the postage charges.
7. Items sold are not exchangeable or refundable.

Personal Safety

1. All items are made and packed in a smoke-free home.
2. I have 2 cats and a dog in my home. It is advisable that you not purchase from my shop if you are allergic to animals or fur.

Local and International Orders

1. My blogshop caters to both Malaysian and International orders.
2. If you're an international buyer (anywhere outside Malaysia), please email me at belvayne@gmail.com to inform me. I will specially create an Etsy listing for you to purchase from me.
3. International orders are subject to my Etsy's shop policy.
4. International shipping may vary and could cost up to RM50 to ship overseas due to recent changes in postage charges in Malaysia.

Item Information

1. All unsold items are listed as "AVAILABLE".
2. Items ordered by potential buyers but not sold yet are listed as "RESERVED".
3. All sold items are listed as "SOLD".
4. Potential buyers requesting the same item will be placed in a waiting list until the payment has been made by the first person on the list.
5. All measurements provided are approximates. I do offer length adjustments according to your neck and wrist measurement under the extended length of 2cm.
6. Every requested 1 inch extension after the initial 1 inch will be charged an extra RM 1.

Customized Work Orders

1. I reserve all rights to accept or reject any and all customized work orders prior to receiving payment.
2. All customized work order are significantly more expensive than the regular items listed in the shop.
3. After an agreement has been made about a customized work order, the buyer is obligated to make a deposit within 5 days of initial invoice before the item is made.
4. Once the item has been completed, a second invoice will be sent to the buyer to be paid within 5 days. Unpaid orders will be cancelled after 5 days and listed into the shop as a regular item at a much later date.
5. Deposits will not be refunded if the order has been cancelled.

Payment Information

1. All payments are to be made in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) through bank transfers. If you prefer to purchase using paypal, I will make a special listing for you to purchase from my Etsy shop.
2. Once orders are made, you will receive an invoice with instructions. Please arrange for payment within 5 days of the invoice. Unpaid orders will be cancelled after 5 days.

Shipping Information

1. Once orders have been paid, each purchase will take 1 to 3 business days to be shipped.
2. Once your purchases have been shipped, I will follow up with an email with your shipping information.
3. International orders can take from 20 to 30 days to reach their destinations.
